PAYMENT

REVISIONS

We offer unlimited revisions on delivered work, provided the revision requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery. In special cases, we will accommodate revision requests within 14 days. All revision requests will be processed based on the urgency of the order, with a standard turnaround time of 24 hours.

Revision Turnaround Times Based on Urgency

• For orders with a 24-hour urgency: Revision turnaround time will be 24 hours.
• For orders with a 24–48-hour urgency: Revision turnaround time will be 48 hours.
• For orders requiring more than 48 hours: Revision turnaround time will be 72 hours.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

All project requirements will be thoroughly discussed with the client prior to the commencement of any work. In case of any service level disputes, they will be addressed based on the agreed terms, project requirements, these terms and conditions, and standard business practices.

REFUND POLICY

You are eligible for a full refund if no work has been started on your project. Once work has begun, a refund will be processed after deducting applicable transaction fees. Refunds will not be granted if the service was purchased using a limited-time or discounted offer.

A refund request may be submitted if you are unsatisfied with any product or service provided by Amazon Book Publication within 5 days of order completion. In such cases, a partial refund may be offered if we are unable to meet your expectations through our unlimited revision policy. If no refund request is made within five days after the completion of your order, we will assume your satisfaction with the delivered work.
